Kathryn Mountain – Design Consultant at Essential Design

Kathryn is passionate about the work she does and running Essential Design, and loves to see other businesses thrive. As a business owner herself, she understands many of the challenges that businesses face, and the important part that design and marketing can play in meeting those challenges.

 

After graduating from UNITEC design school in 2000, Kathryn worked in a design studio alongside an advertising agency specialising in FMCG, a print broker and a book publisher. This has given her varied across-the-board training as a mac operator and designer. She began Essential Design in 2005 which has continued to grow and push boundaries ever since.

 

Kathryn is married to Andrew and they have three kids. She enjoys reading, painting, cooking, beading and watching movies.
